Stipulated delivery time indicates the time frame after we have shipped orders out, and not from the time the order was placed.
After your payment has been verified, it will take up to 3 business days to process your order for shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped out, that includes your tracking details.
If your order contains a backorder item, it will be shipped out in the item's indicated date.
We currently use SingPost registered air mail for all overseas parcels. All parcels will come with their own tracking number. It will be delivered to you via your country's national postal service. This service is the equivalent of you having a parcel shipped internationally at your post office, with the added reliability enhancement of tracking.
Please note that the delivery timeframe are a guideline. Extended shipping time could occur depending on your country's customs, local post office, and whether your address is in a rural area.
As such, Wanderer Wanderer does not guarantee delivery dates and will not take responsibility for delivery dates longer than the stipulated timeframes.
Although there is tracking provided, it is a limited service that provides limited updates.
Once it has left our shipping country, the exact delivery time depends on individual country's customs and postal service's system efficiency level, to get the status updated and parcel delivered to you. We are unable to ascertain delivery timing because of this.
A signature is required to receive this parcel.
In the event that your parcel has not arrive to your stated delivery address within 20 days from the date of your order being shipped, please contact the post office that is in charge of your address as soon as you can, with your tracking number. Otherwise, the parcel might be returned to us after a period of non-collection. Shipping charge to have it reshipped will depend on items.
We choose registered air mail as our current international shipping option as it allows us to bring low priced shipping to you. It is rather reliable as it comes with tracking, and requires a signature to receive the parcel. But as mentioned above, delivery delays do happen and we are not able to advise on where your parcel is, or when specifically you can expect it to arrive, due to the nature of air mail service. This service is the equivalent to you shipping a parcel internationally at your local post office.

Import Duties And Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes which are requested by your customs when the delivery reaches that destination.
We urge you to find out about your country's specific import duties and rates prior to placing an order.
The customer is wholly responsible for any duties and taxes required to be paid, if requested by the specific destination country's customs or postal service. The customer will be deemed to have known about this upon placing an order.

To place an order, simply follow these easy steps towards check-out:
First, select the item you would like to purchase, and if you want more than 1 piece, you can click “Alter the quantity”. Next, add the item(s) to bag.
From the top of the screen, options “Continue Shopping” and “Shopping Bag” will pop up after you add your item(s) to cart.
If you’re ready to proceed with check-out, click on “Shopping Bag” OR click on the Cart at the top right hand-side of the site.
At this juncture, you can add a note to your order if you have any special requests.
Don’t forget to click agree to our T&C (go for a quick read here) and then, click Checkout.
If you have an account with us, simply click “Log in” below the “Email” box.
As such, all your details will be automatically filled up, allowing for a quicker check-out process.
If you do not have an account with us, you will be required to fill in required details like email address and personal particulars.
Then, at the bottom of the page, simply click on “Save my info for faster check-out” the next time round.
When you’re done, click Continue and on the next page, choose your shipping option and billing/payment mode.
Finished? Click “Place my order” and there you go – all good to go.
Alternatively, you can also directly check-out with paypal, making your payment by credit/debit card or utilizing your paypal funds on the paypal website.
Note: Creating an account is optional. However, having an account with us facilitates a more efficient order and checkout process in future,
and allows you to easily log in and track your order status and information.
If you have an account with us, you may log in using your registered email and click on the respective order number to view its status.
The order status will reflect either “pending” or “fulfilled”. If it states 'pending', your order is being processed.
If it states 'fulfilled', your order has been shipped out and a delivery tracking number will be made available to you (except for shipping via normal mail for Singaporean addresses).
In the event that the items in the same order are shipped separately, you will be notified in your shipping confirmation email each time the specific items are being shipped out.
Hence, you will be informed as to what is expected with each separate parcel that is received by you.
If you wish to add additional items(s) to an existing order that has not been shipped, you can place a new order for it as per normal,
making sure also to contact us right after so we can ensure it is shipped out together with your previous order (only if the timeframe allows, and your first order has not been processed by our logistic folks).
We will be glad to refund the shipping fee on this new additional order if they are shipped together.

If you need to make any amendments to your order, such as changing an item, or updating of shipping address,

By default, any cancellation of orderwill be paid back in terms of store credit with a validity of 4 weeks.
For a monetary refund before your order has been shipped, we will charge an admin fee of 10% on your order to assist in our admin and inventory changes.
We pride ourselves in making every reasonable effort to ensure every piece of Wanderer Wanderer’s collection is thoroughly checked,
rendered free of noticeable defects and packed well, before shipping them out to you.
At this point in time, we generally do not entertain item exchange or returns for international orders, unless due to the following:
1) Incorrect item received from what was stated in order placed
In the above cases, we will offer to send a new replacement piece, and/or offer to reimburse the cost of shipping to get the item returned.
If the customer is requesting for a refund which is acceded by us, we cannot be responsible for shipping cost incurred for the item to be returned, or for any import duties/taxes incurred in your country for receiving the item. For refunds of duties/taxes on the returned item, this has to be applied for by the customer to their own customs.
If you have an issue with your order that email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID (eg. WWS0001) and we will review your case and advise you on the next step. We seek to help you but note that your order will be bounded by our terms.
For item exchange or returns – contact us via email within 3 working days once you have received your order.
Also, item to be returned/exchange must be shipped out within 3 working days from our email acknowledgement. Postage both to and fro will not be reimbursed - and must be borne by you.
To ensure item gets to us safely, we advice choosing registered mail when sending the items to back to us.
However, if it was our honest mistake – be it sending a wrong item or in the case of a missing item, please email us your order number with the issue you experienced.
In this case, postage and associated costs will be taken care of by us.
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned (unless an original defect is encountered and proof is shown).
