Need quick answers? Here are some Frequently Asked Questions.

When will my order ship?

Orders normally take 1-2 business days to process. This does not include transit time. See here more info on shipping & customs.

How can I track my order?

We offer tracking on all shipments. We ask you to kindly allow a maximum of 2 days for your tracking number to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation via email. 

Please keep updated on your parcel’s status progress to prevent undelivery returns.
 

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it. Please drop us an email with your order number soon as you noticed a need for change. We will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee the change, once your order is in shipment progress at our warehouse. 

Do make sure all entered information, especially your shipping details, are accurate before ordering.

We do not entertain order cancellation once your order has shipped. If you need to cancel an order before it’s in shipment progress, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

My order says shipped but I typed my address incorrectly.

We are unable to make changes on our end. All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.

Drop us an email immediately, and we will provide you with the steps you can take to hopefully resolve this with the shipping carrier.

We are unable to be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.

My package was returned to the sender due to undelivery.

Please keep updated on your parcel’s status progress.

Returned items usually take about a month to reach our warehouse. Once your package(s) are received and processed at our warehouse, we will try to contact you via email or text to reship the order (this will include a re-shipment cost link payable by you). If we do not get an answer within the next 48 hours prior to the request reshipment, a refund will be issued (minus a 20% administration fee). To avoid having the package returned to sender again, we encourage you to track your order very closely to make sure your availability matches the arrival date.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

At this point, we work on a no returns policy.

We have made efforts to ensure quality control in our products, and trust that our customers are buying because they would love to use and keep our products, as much as we do here. Our images, as much as possible, closely represent our products in real life.

What do I do if I received an incorrect/damaged item?

Please contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the defective item by emailing us at harvest@wandererwanderer.com

I Have An Incorrect Item In My Order, What Do I Do?


In the rare event that you have received a wrong or defective item, please drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving the item, with your order number and clear image of the item. Ensure all packaging and tags are intact. harvest@wandererwanderer.com

We will usually either replace, exchange, or offer store credits. This will be on a case-by-case basis.

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Will I be reimbursed for any additional fees?

Custom/International Duties
The receiver of the package is solely responsible to pay for fees are incurred from your local customs, if any. You are deemed to have agreed to this by placing an order on our website.

Bank Institution Fees

Wanderer Wanderer does not charge any bank fees (e.g. International bank fees) nor collect any of these fees, any additional fees charged by your bank are to be paid by the customer. If you notice any unusual bank charges, we suggest contacting your credit card company for further information.


Packaging your return item

We do not ask our customers to purchase new components (e.g. new delivery box, or shipping accessories) to ship the item back. Please try to use the original shipping box/bag and materials, if there’s a need to return an item.

Why is my credit card information not being accepted?

It is important that your billing address be entered on your order exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.


I created an account and cannot see my order.

Please note that any order placed prior to creating an account will not appear on your account. Only orders placed after the account has been created will be visible. Should you require any information on an order that is not appearing on your account; please feel free to email us at harvest@wandererwanderer.com

How long will it take for me to receive my refund on my credit card?

You will usually see your refund within 3-7 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, this will vary.
